New column options to control how player name displays on player sortables

Table Calculations section in user settings has been renamed “Table Preferences” with a new section for default column options. 

Dynamic Playlist Updates

"Pitch Type" stats added to options

Export settings removed from standard pages

Export settings moved to new tab on custom pages

Bug Fixes

• Fixed a bug that caused issues with the number formatting in Transform and Opp View.
