Static Conditional Formatting

Adds context to stat with user-defined thresholds

Sort by Date on Game Log pages added to user preferences

Sorting game log pages by date will now save to a user's preferences, defaulting to the most recent sort used the next time the page is accessed.

Users can also set their preferred sort direction in user settings.

Toggles to roster/squad tables to show only the totals row added

Through the addition of two new toggles, the Totals Row toggle and Only Show Calculations toggle, users can now display a totals row on roster tables on custom pages. This enables the ability to aggregate player-only stats on a team level.

Initial Fielder Grounder Charge Distance filters added
