Bug Fixes

Fixed a bug on the stacked bar charts where teams/players with zero for a stat value were being omitted. These entities are now charted on the axis with no bar representing the 0 value.
Fixed a bug that caused range input filters not to work properly.
Fixed a bug that caused the page to break when clearing out range filters.
Removed an empty filter group in the sidebar.
