Overlay Play Details on MP4 Exports

Users can now overlay play details on mp4 video exports. A new toggle option has been added to the export menu to enable the feature. Positioning of the play details and stat selection is fixed in this initial iteration of the feature. We will consider adding flexibility to each area in the future.

Fixed a bug where drag filters on the custom pages builder disabled moving heat map components around

Fixed a bug where custom stats broke additional stats setting for leaderboard custom pages tables

Fixed a bug where exporting playlists would fail when "disable fallback to available video angles" was enabled
